SeatAdvisor is today delighted to announce that TLT Drogheda Concert Hall and Theatre is using its state of the art ticketing system to increase online ticket sales, manage membership programs and utilise the system’s advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features.

What Were TLT looking for?

TLT Drogheda was anxious to fulfil certain requirements and was looking to S.A.B.O. to “Sell tickets, plan events, and build a strong patron Base. The functionality to contact patrons using text messages and emails that S.A.B.O. provides was a major draw in signing up with SeatAdvisor. We saw great benefits in S.A.B.O.’s capacity to manage donations. S.A.B.O. affords a venue the capacity to link to its website and particularly the ability to link to social networking sites. These reasons all made the T.L.T. consider SeatAdvisor. What were Surrey Sports Park looking for?

When asked what requirements the Surrey Ports Park needed in a Venue Management and Ticketing Software system, Matt Burton- Marketing Manager explained that the Venue needed a system that could “ Sell tickets for various sporting and non sporting events, utilise CRM features and to sell gift vouchers.”

Matt explained: “We chose SeatAdvisor because it is very user friendly and incorporates all facilities that we require for our box office system.”
